My wife and I met Bob only thru trying to purchase a home for which he was the listing agent. We didn't come to the attempted purchase with an agent so he ended up as the neutral party trying to broker the deal. He was absolutely fantastic and extremely thorough in explaining literally every page and nuance of the purchase agreement. As I said, we didn't end up getting that property, but we knew exactly who we were using to represent us in our future attempts to purchase. He found us some houses to target based on our wants/needs and promptly set up the showings. I had the pleasure of working with Bob recently in purchasing a home his client had listed. Bob is simply the best! We had a plan all worked out for this spring/early summer to sell our house on Stagecoach Blvd. in Evergreen and then my wife and I unexpectedly pulled the trigger on a house in South Carolina in February so we had to accelerate everything dramatically! Bob never flinched. Known for his unique marketing approach to attract buyers from all over the US (including using his famous “Top 5” videos), he held the open house this March right after a 28” snowfall! Bob nevertheless pumped 22 buyers through our house in less than ideal conditions. Bob negotiated fiercely (and quickly) on incoming offers and ultimately we sold for higher than list price.
